Investigating the Relationship between Quality of Life and Adherence to Physical Activity with Life Expectancy at Leisure time in the Elderly

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between quality of life and adherence physical activity their impact on expectancy in elderly Mashhad who spends leisure time exercising parks this city. The research method descriptive-correlational, investigation carried out as a field study. statistical population consisted 565 individuals do exercise public city 2021. Quality Life scale (QLS, SF26), Adult Expectancy Scale ((ALES), Snyder et al., 1991), Adherence Physical Activity ((APAS) Derakhshanpour 2016), were used data collection tools research. results showed that there almost moderate strong positive correlation with expectancy, factor thinking strategic thinking.
